Maciej Siuda


MACIEJ SIUDA – an architect, graduated with honors from the Faculty of Architecture at the Wrocław University of Science and Technology, a scholarship holder of the Universidad Politecnica de Valencia. His diploma project – XYZ STRUCTURE was exhibited, among others, at the Guggenheim Museum in New York. Finalist in the international competition Archiprix at MIT in Boston or in Present competition in Romania, 2008-2011. Worked as an architect in offices like Sou Fujimoto (Tokyo) and Grupo Aranea (Alicante). Since 2012 he has been running his own, independent one. Laureate in, among others, 2016 Grand Prix of the city of Warsaw for the best architectural performance between 2015 and 2016 and the winner of main prize in Taking Buildings Down of the New York Institute Storefront for Architecture for the Spór o odbudowę exhibition. His projects have been developed in Spain, Italy, the United States, Indonesia, Poland and Haiti. Lecturer at the School of Form.
